I got these when there were deals around Christmas and I can tell you, they are well worth the money. I didn’t have any filets, only the top sirloins, but boy were they delicious! The steaks were about 2 inches thick when they came off the grill and the chicken and pork chops were awesome too.
If you’re looking for a quick topper for your steak you’ve got to try Bleu Cheese Butter. Oh my Gosh! We’ve been putting this on every steak we make now…and burgers and pretty much everything! haha! All you do is mash together softened butter and bleu cheese crumbles to make a compound butter. Then store it in the fridge and use it when needed. SO yummy!
